• HEALTH TECHNOLOGY ASSESSMENT (HTA).
To evaluate the efficacy, safety, effectiveness, efficiency, appropriateness and economic implications, organizational, legal, ethical and social issues of medical technologies, whether preventive, diagnostic, therapeutic, rehabilitative, organizational, etc. primarily through the review and synthesis of scientific knowledge (published data).
