In 2010 is integrated into the International Lung Cancer Consortium of the International
Agency for Research on Cancer. It has also been incorporated into the SYNERGY project, which brings together several European case-control studies to analyze the effects of exposure to occupational carcinogens in the development of lung cancer.

It is also evaluating molecular genetics and clinical factors associated with survival.
