Highlights
GRECMC is and strives to be a research group with a global and local scholarly influence and recogni- tion. We conceive and develop this influence mainly through research, teaching, and knowledge transfer, which includes a regular activity in global and local academic institutions, media, networks, and advo- cacy forums. In 2015 we continued publishing in journals internationally recognised in the fields of molecular, clinical, and environmental epidemiology: such a broad integration of basic, clinical and epi- demiologic knowledge is one of our signs of identi- ty. A Dictionary of Epidemiology (Oxford University Press) reflects as well our aims and approaches.
Our knowledge transfer activities are often reflected in the media;
carcinogenic hazards to humans. Environmental Health Perspectives. 2015;123(6):507-514.

In 2015 we continued the study on plasma concen- trations of organochlorine compounds, life styles and conditions, and pancreatic cancer risk in the EPIC cohort, funded by FIS/ISCIII and Marató de TV3, as well as through the innovative crowdfunding platform Precipita.
